Dear Ross,

I apologize for the delay in getting this thank you letter out to you, as you know after the event, I went to Israel.  I wanted to thank you for coming to the Katz JCC Open House, we signed up a lot of new members and we attribute much of that to you. 

Our department certainly understands working extended hours, especially on the weekends and we appreciate you putting in the 7 hours.

I understand the importance of customer feedback in any successful
business.  So thought I'd take the time to let you know that Jeff and "crew" did a great job at my company’s event this past Saturday.

They were on-time (early actually) and very accommodating.  Actually I felt bad, thinking it was bit of a 'boring' gig for them.  Unfortunately had to have the music kept low due to some older guests trying to have conversations!    But through it all, Jeff & staff showed professionalism & courtesy.
